This year I’m studying The New Testament during my personal and family devotional time. I’m following along with the Come, Follow Me resource for individuals and families as produced by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can find those lessons HERE.
Last week’s lesson was Matthew 4 and Luke 4-5. These chapters discuss the beginning of the Savior’s ministry and the calling of a few of His disciples. Here is a snippet of Matthew 4:
18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.
19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him.
I chose to reflect on this message by designing and then coloring this page. I printed mine so that it would fit into my planner (I think I printed it at 75%). I have a blank page between my two-page weekly planner spread for notes about the New Testament lesson and that’s where I taped it in. I’ll post pics soon!
